Michael Breen
A career proven Project and Programme Manager with over 20 year experience working for some of the UK's biggest companies overseeing multi-million pound IT projects. Companies include British Petroleum (BP), Hewlett Packard (HP), Centrica, ICAP/NEX, Serco, Unilever, Sopra Steria (working with the MOD / MOJ) and Bupa. He founded the property development and investment company Mayfair Castle Ltd and in 2018 was a finalist for the Property Investor Awards for his development of The King’s Rest in Hampton Court Village.

Slawomir Urbaniak
Owner and Founder of SU Builders Slav has over 25 yrs experience in Design & Construction giving him a wealth of experience. Over the years Slav and his teams have built large family homes (including his own), flats, semi-detached and terrace housing and even a Hotel! Other projects have included barn conversions, extensions and refurbishments.Throughout this time his clients will happily tell you that he has an eye for design and that quality workmanship is always at the forefront of his mind.

Lead Architect Matt Lindley is the founder of Lindley Architects. He is a RIBA Chartered Architect with over 20 years of experience working with private and developer clients specialising in the residential sector. Building upon his previous experience of working at Broadway Malyan (Director of Architecture) and Silva Lindley (Director/Owner), Matt established Lindley Architects to continue to provide a high quality architecture service to clients throughout London and the South East.
